More About Our Founder

Management Consultant. University Lecturer. Enabler of Strategic Change.
As a Management Consultant for almost 20 years, specialising in Marketing, Sustainability & Business Strategy, Luckshie has worked in Melbourne, London and Singapore. She has solved complex problems and delivered solutions to leading organisations such as Coca Cola, Toyota, Nestle, Goldman Sachs, adidas, and Tennis Australia. Whilst in London, she led and developed a strategy consulting division. She held a similar leadership role within a consultancy working solely with not-for-profits in Singapore. Luckshie has developed numerous consulting teams and clients, and is experienced in facilitating strategy workshops with all levels of an organisation (including senior executives and boards) to enable positive change.
When she moved back to Melbourne, Luckshie transitioned to teaching core consulting skills to professionals. As a Lecturer with The University of Melbourne, she created and delivered the post-graduate subject Consulting Fundamentals for 7 years under Melbourne Business School. During this time, she taught practical problem solving, communication and change management skills to over 2000 Masters students through interactive and workshop-style seminars, both online and face-to-face. Her approach to teaching is to instil deeper learning and to deliver meaningful learning outcomes that upskill and build capabilities in adults, and that make a real difference to their professional and personal lives.

Luckshie then held a senior industry strategy role at Asahi Beverages during which she supported their ELT and led the development of several corporate strategies (including their Sustainability Strategy for Oceania). This also involved partnering with various functions and commercial teams to build capabilities, embed supporting governance and processes, and to facilitate change. Working within industry gave her a deeper appreciation of capability needs as well as issues and opportunities that may exist across growing organisations.

Luckshie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Management), Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Teaching Certificate from The University of Melbourne. She has also been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
