Maximise your potential by equipping yourself with vital problem solving and communication skills today

With the world changing and knowledge now easily accessible through avenues such as the internet and AI, it has become more important to learn the right skills and build the right capabilities to differentiate ourselves and succeed.

Skills such as problem solving and communication help us to navigate life and manage daily issues when they arise. It helps us feel in control, empowered and have lower anxiety when facing new situations. And it is demonstrating these crucial skills that helps us succeed in progressing our careers. It is these skills that help us manage relationships and life, and the challenges and opportunities that come with it.

Despite these skills being so critical, most traditional educational institutions and workplaces do not explicitly teach these skills, and many miss out on maximising their potential.

Our Story

Mind Frame Grow Adults was created to help address skill and capability gaps within adults.

Schools and Universities predominantly focus on explicitly teaching knowledge so when adults are trying to enter the workforce or are seeking promotions or career progression, they may lack vital skills and capabilities to best leverage their knowledge, resulting in missed opportunities

Mind Frame Grow fills this gap and explicitly teaches structured problem solving, communication and change management tools and frameworks (modified from the management consulting world where we often deal with the most complex problems and stakeholders) and grows these vital skills and capabilities through practical and meaningful application.

The result is an empowered adult who can make more strategic decisions and better manage their own time, career and wellbeing - someone who feels prepared and confident to approach any challenge or opportunity in life.

We are interested in your challenges and goals when it comes to your professional and general day to day life. It is important that you also outline what specifically you hope to learn from attending the Learning Module. If you are stuck, please look at the list of Learning Outcomes included under the Our Impact section on our website. Any information shared will be treated strictly confidential. HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN ENROL IN EACH LEARNING MODULE? There is a maximum of 20 participants in any Learning Module delivered online. WHY CAN’T I BOOK A PREFERRED LEARNING MODULE? Workshops / Programs / Learning Modules

WHO WILL BE OUR WORKSHOP FACILITATOR? Luckshie Haran, the Founder of Mind Frame Grow, will be your Workship Facilitator for every Learning Module, regardless of the Program selected. Luckshie is skilled in facilitating online workshops and has created each Module based on her extensive experience as a Management Consultant and University Lecturer. Please see the About Us section to learn more about Luckshie’s background. HOW ARE WORKSHOPS RUN? Workshops will be facilitated by our Founder, Luckshie Haran and will be delivered live and online through a mix of explicit teaching and interactive exercises where participants would be facilitated to work through relevant and engaging tasks in teams of 4-5. Online Workshops will be delivered via Microsoft Teams using a combination of the main online room as well as break out rooms during group work. The facilitator will visit each break room to help guide discussions. ARE THERE ANY MATERIALS I NEED PRIOR TO STARTING MY LEARNING MODULE? You need to come on time, ready for each Workshop with a notebook and pens / pencils. All other materials will be provided / shared prior or during each Workshop. HOW DO THE THREE LEARNING MODULES RELATE TO EACH OTHER? The modules are designed to build on each other as per the MFG Learning Pathway ©. Though, not compulsory, attending all three will enable a deeper understanding and result in greater impact - a participant’s learning will continue from learning how to solve a problem, to how best to communicate that solution, to then how best to drive sustainable change stemming from that solution. Though it would be beneficial to attend the Modules in order as per the MFG Learning Pathway ©, it is not necessary nor compulsory. However, by doing so, you will also gain a deeper understanding of what is learnt in the modules and we also may refer back to discussions in previous modules in order to reinforce learning.
